“Crochet day, is a very dangerous day.”
A blast from the past; one of my absolute favorite Nickelodeon cartoons growing up. I know that there’s a salacious element to a lot of the humor here, but that’s probably why I like it so much! Featuring Rocko and his dog, Spunky, dolls!

Anyone remember this cartoon series about the boy detective with that There’s-Something-About-Mary hairstyle, and his trusty dog? In celebration of the movie’s release, here’s my version of Tintin along with his lovable mystery-hunting pooch, Snowy!

If you have no idea who Karl Pilkington is, then I suggest you pick up some funny books of his like Karlology or An Idiot Abroad, or tune in to the Ricky Gervais Show podcasts so you can roll around the floor and laugh. So I was thrilled when a customer requested a Karl Pilkington doll, because I love off-beat craft projects. Here’s some more Karl Pilkington quotes, and photos of the doll, below!
“There is no need for ants to have the ability to fly. They are useless when it comes to walking. I’ve watched them.”
Pointing at the Pyramids “It’s like a massive game of Jenga that has got out of hand.”
“I was woken around 3 a.m. by something outside. I thought it might have been someone trying to break in. It was a chicken. At two in the morning! What is a chicken doing awake at this hour?”
“If one [siamese twin] got into crime, right, and was sent to prison…what would happen?”
“Calum Best is only famous because he has a famous Dad, a bit like Jesus.”
“No wonder there is 30 per cent less oxygen here. I think it’s due to all the tourists climbing this hill.”
“I’ve heard that fact, that is you eat more than 6 bananas it will kill you. I saw a bowl with 7 bananas in it, and I thought, that’s dangerous.”
